4 x 30 minute pre-recorded video’s / presentations available on demand through the virtual platform during the meeting and 4 weeks post event. 

30 second advert / video clip to be shown on a loop during the tea breaks over the two days 

10 -15 second promotional video to be played at the beginning of a specific session

Interactive poll – during the main plenary session a specific question will be presented to attendees via the virtual platform, (question is subject to approval by the convenor)
